Bioma Café · Coffee Farms · Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil
Where the land tells stories
Specialty coffee, regenerative agriculture, and the strength of two families who joined forces to turn the Cerrado Mineiro into a benchmark of quality.
Friendship and entrepreneurship in coffee production
Bioma Café is the result of the friendship between Flávio Márcio and Marcelo Nogueira, two agribusiness entrepreneurs who grew up in families of rural producers and joined forces around a shared passion: growing coffee.
With deep experience in coffee farming and other successful agribusiness ventures, in 2010 Flávio and Marcelo founded Bioma together — a company built to produce high-quality coffee while keeping sustainability as a core premise.
Biomes are vast ecological areas on the Earth's surface, with fauna and flora adapted to their environment — often defined by factors such as temperature, climate, terrain, soil and vegetation. That became the symbol behind our name and the purpose we carry.
Our Mission
To transform the lives of our employees, partners and clients through the way we produce coffee.
Our Vision
By 2026, to be a brand internationally recognized for upholding and practicing the principles of sustainability and coffee quality.
Coffee for a better future
We believe our way of producing coffee can transform our environment, preserve our natural biome, and improve the lives of the people connected to us.
Our greatest value
All of our work only makes sense because of the people who stand with us. That's why developing them is how we choose to be a force for transformation in their lives.
From growing the finest coffee varieties to caring for every part of our ecosystem, we recognize the essential role of each of our employees and partners.
Regenerative agriculture
From soil to harvest, every step of our production is designed to regenerate the land and reduce our environmental impact.
Regenerative Agriculture
We practice conservation coffee farming, using cover crops to keep the soil covered at all times — increasing organic matter and supporting the coffee plants' nutrition.
Composting
We produce our own fertilizer from processing residues and other organic matter, improving soil quality and helping reduce global warming.
Contour Planting with Avocado
An intercropping method that prevents soil erosion, conserves essential nutrients, and creates a new revenue stream while meeting environmental preservation guidelines.
Benefício and Rebenefício (Processing)
We process our coffee entirely on our own farm, from start to finish, without relying on third parties — reducing contamination risk and guaranteeing purity and safety.
Traceability
Every batch of Bioma coffee has a traceability system that guarantees transparency and repeatability across all our processes.
Environmental Preservation
63% of our hectares are preserved area — a concrete commitment to the biodiversity of the Cerrado Mineiro.

Where the land tells stories
They say some friendships are written by destiny, and this one began among coffee trees, bathed in golden sunlight. Flávio and Marcelo were born with the aroma of coffee woven into their souls. Sons of the land, they grew up listening to the whispers of the soil, feeling the weight of the harvest in their hands, and knowing in their hearts that coffee was more than a bean — it was a legacy.
"Tradition without vision is a root without fruit."
They dreamed beyond the horizon, where coffee fields meet the future. In 2010, they joined their paths and gave life to Bioma Café, a name that carries the spirit of the earth and the promise of a sustainable tomorrow.
Here, the soil is more than just ground — it's the guardian of life. Sustainability isn't just a choice — it's the heartbeat of every harvest. Employees are not only part of this ecosystem, but our greatest value. Every person, every bean, every cup, every story born at Bioma Café carries a purpose: to bridge the past and the future in a sip filled with meaning.
Because great coffee isn't just about flavor. It's about soul.
